SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Poppy House Cleaning. This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, reminders, post-visit instructions, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Poppy Cleaning Service ("we", "us", "our") and users ("you", "client"). By using our services, you accept these terms in full.
2. Service Agreement
- Provide access to your property at the scheduled time.
- Provide a safe working environment for our staff.
- Confirm you have authority to order cleaning services for the property.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are as listed on our site or as agreed upon during booking.
- Payment is due upon service completion.
- Recurring services follow agreed schedules.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the service without fee.
- Changes within 48 hours may incur a fee.
5. 24-hour Warranty
If you're unsatisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We'll re-clean your property at no cost.
6. Referral Program
Earn one free cleaning after ten referrals that result in bookings or after ten completed services by the referred client.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or special damages, including lost earnings. We're not responsible for unsecured or fragile items unless noted.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
All client data is kept confidential. See our privacy policy for details.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.
10. Disputes
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the state of California.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes.

Anti-Discrimination Policy

Exclusionary Service Policy
To ensure safety and service quality, the following are outside our standard offerings:
- No hazardous material handling or biohazards.
- No heavy lifting (over ~30 lbs).
- No use of ladders or high-risk areas.
- Only interior window cleaning included.
- No pet waste or litter box cleanup.
- No mold remediation.
- No pest-infested areas.
- Deep stains may not be fully removed.
- No specialized equipment or outdoor areas unless agreed.
Some exceptions may be available upon request for an additional fee. Clients should confirm all expectations before service begins.
